Nomadics Robot Software and Hardware Support

Since I do not have a Scout, I have little information here for them. I welcome contributions though!

I understand that SuperScouts (with the CPU board built in) are prone to heat and power supply problems. Here is a document from Nomadics describing an upgrade for SuperScouts. Note though that one version of the upgrade that I've seen includes this dodgy cable which illustrates a fundamental lack of knowledge of electronics. (Both wires should pass through the same toroid for suppression - instead this cable reduces peak current handling!)
